My 2015 Travel Log
2015 was another great year of getting out and about to see the world! After this busy year, I am officially at 27 countries visited, leaving only three more to hit my #30by30! I’m going to do it! Follow along with my travel adventures on Instagram.
Where I kicked off the year–working hard, beach side.
A weekend trip to California with my three best friends.
Our two-week escape to paradise for rest, relaxation and of course an inspiring yoga retreat at SoulShine.
Work/play in Thailand’s capital.
A few days up north in Chiang Mai where I actually learned to cook! (And promptly forgot everything after returning home.)
Just a short work trip enroute home from Asia, getting to see this city through his eyes.
Getting stranded has never been more fun. What an incredible city and what incredible luck we had!
Lots of work and not enough play but by golly, I’ll be back next year, and intend to see even more music.
A social media conference in sunny California? Yes please.
A weekend wine tasting with a group of incredible women, to celebrate Miss Erin Shannon’s pending wife-dom.
Cheering on my love as he completes his 5th Ironman Race.
Head to my hometown to celebrate my big sister’s recent nuptials… and found out about my future nephew on the way!
Calgary *many, many times
Endless visits with my family, best friends and their amazing little kiddies.
Into the mountains we went to witness our dear friends Erin & Mike tie the knot, and kick back a few cold ones!
A 48-hour adventure that made us fall in love with the idea of a cold vacation! Who knew.
Just a quick train down from London to see some of our favourite English folk.
Work and play. We’ll take any excuse to spend a week in one of our very favourite cities.
My 6th continent, finally, and two weeks worth of urban exploration, wineries and amazing lady friends.
Short and memorable stopover on our way home to Canada with my first ever backpacking partner in crime.
When he whisks you away to a romantic weekend in wine country… happiness.
Ending the year back in Mexico, with some of my most favourite people, and a few margaritas.
Bring on 2016…
